This program is designed to help you stay anchored to the present while working step by step through patterns connected to trauma, emotional flashbacks, and harmful relationships. Rather than approaching healing as unstructured emotional digging, I use clear frameworks that support grounding, clarity, self-trust, and ongoing practice.

Based on your needs, this program may include elements of the following:

Trauma Recovery Foundations
6 weeks
The starting point for grounding, flashbacks support, and present-focused stability.

The River Method
6 weeks
For processing what happened and rebuilding self-trust and alignment.

Relationship Bridge
6 weeks
For processing harmful or painful relationships, past or present.

Additional self-guided tools may also be recommended to support your work between sessions.

This program includes:

  • Six weekly 50-minute sessions

  • Guided practice using the most relevant framework(s) for your needs

  • After each session, you will receive a session summary, outlining what was covered, and also any tools that you have completed.
