Email support provides supplemental guidance for people who are currently taking a course or practicing the self-guided tools.
Email support is available in two formats: monthly subscriptions and email support packs. One support email includes one client message and one thoughtful reply from me.
If a question is too large for email, I may recommend a live session instead.
Replies are sent within 48 business hours.
Monthly Subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed every month, from the day that you signed up, and include the number of monthly support emails listed in your selected plan.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your customer account to prevent future billing.
Unused subscription emails reset and do not roll over to the next month.
Email Support Pack:
A one-time purchase of 10 support emails.
Use at your own pace.
Expires in 12 months from the date of purchase.
