Email Support

• Email support provides supplemental guidance for people who are currently taking a course or practicing the self-guided tools.

• Email support is available in two formats: monthly subscriptions and email support packs. One support email includes one client message and one thoughtful reply from me.

• If a question is too large for email, I may recommend a live session instead.

• Replies are sent within 48 business hours.

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed every month, from the day that you signed up, and include the number of monthly support emails listed in your selected plan.

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your customer account to prevent future billing.

• Unused subscription emails reset and do not roll over to the next month.

Email Support Pack:

• A one-time purchase of 10 support emails.

• Use at your own pace.

• Expires in 12 months from the date of purchase.
